What are Pyrocalm Control 20mg Gastro-Resistant tablets?

Pyrocalm Control 20mg Gastro-Resistant tablets are for short term treatment of reflux symptoms in adults aged 18 and over.

This Once-a-day tablet can provide 24 hours of relief from heartburn and acid reflux.

Symptoms of Reflux insluce acid:

Regurgitation

Heartburn

Note:

These will not bring immediate relief. It may be necessary to take the Tablets for 2-3 consecutive days to fully relieve symptoms.

Warnings and Precautions

Not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 years.

Do not take if:

You are allergic to any of the ingredients these tablets contain

You are allergic to medicines containing other proton pump inhibitors

You are taking a medicine containing nelfinavir (used for HIV infection)

Speak to your GP or Pharmacist before use if:

You have a lactose intolerance before using this medication

You are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding

Ingredients:

Active ingredients: Omeprazole (20mg per capsule)

Other ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sodium stearate, hypromellose acetate succinate, brownish pink colour (which contains propylene glycol, titanium dioxide (E171), red iron oxide (E172), hypromellose and yellow iron oxide (E172), talc, triethyl citrate, monoethanolamine, sodium lauryl sulfate and traces of carnauba wax.
