What is eczema?

Eczema is a dry skin condition which is especially common in children. It is associated with dry skin, but can also make your skin feel sore, itchy, and inflamed and can cause redness and cracks in the skin. Eczema can flare up all over the body, in small patches in some sufferers and being much more widely spread in others.

Some of the most common places where people experience eczema include:

• Face and scalp, especially in children
• Hands
• Ankles
• In skin folds, such as the insides of your elbows or the backs of your knees

Warnings and Precautions:

• You should stay away from open flames and should not smoke while using this product as it contains paraffin which is a flammable substance and fabric that comes into contact with then can become more flammable.
• For external use only, avoid contact with eyes or other sensitive areas
• Make sure that any clothes, dressings, bedding, or other fabrics which come into contact with this product are changed regularly.

Ingredients:

Active ingredients: isopropyl myristate (15% w/w) and liquid paraffin (15% w/w).

Other ingredients: glycerol, carbomer, sorbitan laurate, trolamine, phenoxyethanol and purified water.
