Do not use if:
You are allergic to any of the ingredients this gum contains
Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if:
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You are in hospital due to heart disease, including heart attack disorders of heart rate or rhythm, angina, high blood pressure, stroke
You have a stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer, inflammation of the stomach, or inflammation of the oesophagus
You have liver or kidney diseases
You have an overactive thyroid gland or have a phaeochromocytoma (a tumour of the adrenal gland that can affect blood pressure)
Ingredients
Active ingredient: 4mg nicotine, as nicotine resinate.
Other ingredients: Core Gum: Polacrilin, Chewing gum base, containing butylated hydroxy toluene (E321), Xylitol, Peppermint oil, Sodium carbonate, anhydrous, Acesulfame Potassium, Levomenthol, Magnesium oxide, light, Quinoline yellow Al lake (E104), Talcum, Nitrogen, food grade. Coating: Xylitol, Peppermint oil, Acacia, Titanium dioxide (E171), Carnauba wax, Quinoline yellow Al lake (E104).

How to use it? |
How do I use Nicorette Freshmint 4Mg Gum?
Directions:
For adults and children 12 years and over.
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before starting to use the product.
Chew one piece when you feel the urge to smoke.
Do not use more than 15 pieces a day.
Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong then rest it between your gum and your cheek then chew again when taste has faded.

Side effects |
What are the side effects of Nicorette Freshmint 4Mg Gum?
Possible side effects:
Severe allergic reaction.
Blurred vision, watery eyes.
Dry throat, stomach discomfort, lip pain.
Tightness of the jaw.
Redness of the skin.
If you have any concerns or queries regarding any side effects this medicine has caused or could cause you can call your GP or our pharmacist.
If you have any severe side effects stop use immediately and seek medical assitance as soon as possible.
